Fortinet Demo Day

You’re invited to join us for an informational day of technical discussions and demonstrations on November 26^th, 2019 at The Westin Toronto Airport Hotel located at 950 Dixon Rd, Toronto.

During this event, we will be hosting three 60 min sessions on SD-WAN, the Security Fabric and Cloud Security.

Below you will find what will be covered in each 60 min session:

SD-WAN

During this session, we will discuss and demo Fortinet’s implementation of Secure SD-WAN. We will explore the software-defined controls available to assist your organization in making intelligent routing decisions across multiple WAN links while being secured by an Enterprise-grade Next-Generation Firewall.

We will also demonstrate various use-cases involving proper utilization of high-cost links such as MPLS or LTE, as well as the ability to implement reliable and secure Internet connectivity at the branch office level using SD-WAN over high-speed broadband Internet connections.

Security Fabric

Discuss and demo how to configure, monitor and report on a basic Security Fabric Architecture. During this session, we will demonstrate how to integrate the Fortigate, FortiMail and FortiSandbox. This will demonstrate how the security fabric automates the threat responses and how each component can provide visibility/protection.

At the end of this session, you will have heard how the Fortinet security fabric can help increase security posture while reducing cost through integration and automation of security products and you will be able to effectively design and architect your own fully automated security solution utilizing the Fortinet Security Fabric.

Cloud Security

Discuss and demo the following three key cloud security fundamentals: 1 - Network Security, 2 - Web Application & API Security Protection and 3 - Cloud Platform Security Management.

At the end of this demo session, you will have a good understanding of these fundamentals, the important role that they play in the Cloud and what should be considered with any cloud deployment.
